Listable push notifications had been broken for a while, and I just fixed them on the server a moment ago. The secure certificate installed on our server had expired, and I just had to renew it to make push notifications work again. However, it doesn't seem to work in real-time which is where most of the value comes into play. When I, or someone I am sharing with, adds or completes an item it is not marked off or added on my iPhone, and I don't get a notification (even though the notifications are turned on in the settings). If I jump to the activity feed and back to the lists then the list updates, but this is very manual and makes it like other shared list apps where you have to manually sync. Is there something wrong with the system or am I missing something? It would be great to know within a matter of seconds when a task has been added or completed. Mostly for shopping and chores around the house. Is there anyway of organizing the lists alphabetically??
